Senior Workday Specialist

At Basic-Fit, we are strengthening our international HR technology landscape to support continued growth across multiple countries. We are looking for a Senior Workday Specialist (Techno-Functional) with deep hands-on experience in Core HCM, Time Tracking / Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, Reporting, Expenses, and Integrations .

You will act as a senior technical authority within Workday, closely partnering with HR, IT, Payroll and Finance, and ensuring a stable, scalable and future-proof Workday platform.

Location: Hoofddorp (Head Office, The Netherlands) or our office in Madrid, Spain)
Work model: 4 days at the office / 1 day remote
Regular travel to other Basic-Fit offices may be required.
