  • Complete management and monitoring of workplace technologies, including end users device management, virtual desktops and collaboration/productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365).
  • 3rd level support: investigate, diagnose and fix complex incidents.
  • Drive continual service improvement plans, execute complex changes, recommend best practices to clients.
  • Actively involved in migrations or infrastructure upgrades; review and contribute high‑level design documents, evaluate new products and recommend infrastructure solutions.
  • Assess infrastructure, maintain low‑level design documents; provide coaching and mentoring; provide scripting and automation inputs for management of services.
