The Senior Workplace engineer will be part of the Windows Edition Product team, helping to integrate & deploy the Intune managed device, supporting entities’ onboarding through profile setup & apps integration activities.



**A. Main tasks:**



· End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune



· L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)



· Bug analysis/fixes



· Feature development when necessary



· Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity



**B. Deliverables:**



· App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup



· Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
