Position Overview

The Senior Workplace Relations Adviser provides expert guidance on industrial relations, employment law, and workforce management to our members. This role supports leaders, project managers, and HR teams to navigate complex workplace issues, maintain compliance with legislation and industrial instruments.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial & Employee Relations

• Provide authoritative advice on the interpretation and application of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, employment contracts, and workplace policies.
• Manage complex workplace matters including disputes, performance issues, misconduct, and disciplinary processes.
• Support enterprise bargaining processes, including strategy development, drafting enterprise agreements, consultation, and negotiations.
• Represent the organisation in dealings with unions and regulatory bodies.
