Senior Workshop Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead our workshop team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflow by allocating tasks to technicians based on skill set and workload.


• Maintain accurate records of job cards, parts pre-order forms, and warranty jobs.


• Conduct regular quality checks to minimize repeat repairs and customer complaints.


• Cultivate a productive team environment through effective communication with Service Advisors and other stakeholders.
