Overview
The Senior/Customer Service Executive will ensure that customers’ inquiries and complaints are attended to promptly and that parts orders are processed and delivered promptly with proper procedures and supporting documents. As this is a front office role, they should also possess a strong focus in excellent customer service. The position holder should also have a strong flair in dealing and resolving customers’ issues promptly.
What You Can Expect Of The Job
- You’ll handle customers’ orders for piece parts and repair units.
- You'll manage specific accounts/territories, and as necessary, specialised business work scopes (i.e Landing Gear overhaul campaigns).
- You’ll manage Turn Around Time (TAT) for repair units.
- You’ll monitor and follow-up sales & purchase order activities.
- You’ll handle customer complaints and provide necessary solution to satisfy customer requirements.
