Spectral Consultants is hiring for Sr/ Lead Analyst (SQL , Python,ETL) for Bangalore
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and coordinate daily/weekly operational activities
✔ Monitor ETL pipelines, ensure timely refreshes & perform data validations
✔ Lead data investigations and support root cause analysis using SOPs
✔ Act as primary point of contact for client communications & escalations
✔ Provide clear updates through reports, emails, and stakeholder meetings
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 3–4 years in KTLO operations / Data Management
✔ Strong hands-on experience with SQL & Python
✔ Good understanding of ETL processes & data integration
✔ Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and data refresh validation
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
