Job Description

Our client engineering-first tech company where engineers lead technical decisions, architecture, and product direction. You’ll work on mission-critical financial systems, modernizing legacy platforms into cloud-native, scalable architectures using microservices, distributed systems, and modern DevOps practices.

This role goes beyond traditional finance IT. Projects leverage cloud, mobile technologies, and generative AI, and you’ll be involved from early PoC and requirements definition through full-scale delivery. Small, agile teams (5–8 engineers) ensure real ownership, impact, and fast decision-making.


What they're looking for: 
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer managing 3+ engineers
  • Strong system design and cloud architecture experience
  • Comfort working in multinational, English-speaking teams
