Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyor (A1 main contractor)

Job Description Oversee cost management and budget control for mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of construction projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency and successful project delivery. Prepare and review tender and contract documents. Evaluate project cost effectiveness and propose cost-saving measures. Manage project budgets and provide accurate cost reports. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering. Handle procurement processes and negotiate contracts. Monitor project expenditures against budgets. Collaborate with project teams to meet project goals. Provide financial performance updates.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Salary Range: SGD 4,600 - 7,500 Requirements Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with over 5 years of experience may qualify for the Senior M&E QS role.
