Senior .NET Developer (.NET / Angular / Azure)

Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)
Salary: €85,000 base + 10% annual bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

A well-established, fast-growing technology-driven organisation is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join its Dublin-based engineering team. You'll work on modern, business-critical systems used at scale, contributing across the full software development lifecycle in a collaborative, agile environment.

This role offers a strong mix of backend and frontend development, cloud-native architecture, and real ownership of features and technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET and C#

  • Build and enhance modern, responsive web applications using Angular

  • Develop and support cloud-based services and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure

  • Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and technical standards

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing systems

  • Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

    • Key Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET

  • Solid frontend experience with Angular

  • Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications in Azure

  • Experience working with REST APIs and relational databases

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience with microservices architecture

  • Knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Service Bus, or Azure SQL

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks
