Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to support US-based teams and users during EST hours. The role involves designing and delivering process automation services, building API-driven workflows, and supporting AI and data processing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, cloud deployment experience, and a solid understanding of modern development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver process automation services using C, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  
• Build, test, and maintain API-driven workflows using REST APIs (JSON).
  
• Perform unit testing, refactoring, and provide production support.
  
• Develop ad-hoc Python and Bash tools for validating, transforming, and normalizing CSV/TSV/JSON datasets.
  
• Automate ingestion, quality assurance, and export of annotation and review data for AI training platforms.
  
• Analyze and design solutions following clean code principles and modern, cloud-based architecture standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and finalize technical requirements.
  
• Estimate development effort and ensure accurate delivery timelines.
  
• Coordinate and manage development activities across the project lifecycle.
  
• Deploy and support applications in Azure and AWS environments.
  
• Own end-to-end delivery including estimation, documentation, quality control, and knowledge transfer to engineers or product managers.
  
• Prepare and maintain project lifecycle documentation.
  
• Propose improvements to development processes and drive their implementation.
  

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development following industry-standard development practices
  
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
  
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL
  
• Experience writing technical specifications, recommendations, and development documentation
  
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment supporting global teams
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AI or data annotation pipelines
  
• Exposure to microservices and containerized architectures
  
• Prior experience supporting US-based customers or teams
