1. Modular Construction Design Management

• Lead design management for modular construction projects, coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, and fire engineering disciplines.
• Develop and implement DfMA design and modular technical solutions, ensuring constructability, manufacturability, transportability, and installability.
• Work closely with local project consultant teams (Architect, Structural Engineer, Fire Engineer, Building Surveyor, etc.) to support and deliver compliant architectural designs.
• Translate local regulations, design standards, and approval requirements into practical modular design solutions.
• Manage key design stages from concept through detailed and modular production design.

2. Digital Design & BIM Management
