Chili is looking for an SEO Specialist who loves to develop game-changing SEO strategies that drive leads & sales for our clients. Our ideal SEO Specialist will have people management experience and doesn’t mind cracking a joke. Chili prides itself on being a leader, not only in Latin America but also throughout Australasia in the field of digital marketing. We’ve won numerous awards because we love what we do! What we need

• 1 year of solid on‑page SEO experience, preferably with established online content sites or search agencies that serve such sites.
• Experience in SEO reporting, performance analysis, and project management is a major plus.
• 1 year of SEO experience in Digital Marketing.
• 1 year of SEO industry tools, such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, DeepCrawl, Moz Tools, Majestic SEO, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
• You are fluent in Excel/Sheets and have a good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Advanced or native Spanish speaker.
• Advanced English is an asset.
• 2 years of SEO or digital experience with the ability to demonstrate leading implementation of SEO projects.
• Firm understanding of SEO best practices, Google quality guidelines, and content design.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• 1 year of experience working collaboratively with copy teams and senior stakeholder management.
• 1 year experience with SEO tools and analytics packages such as Google Search Console, Deepcrawl, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
