Job Description
We're looking for a skilled SEO and web developer with hands-on experience in both WordPress and Webflow to help strengthen and scale our online presence. This role requires someone who can dedicate 20+ hours per week to our websites and take real ownership of ongoing improvements.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in SEO optimization, responsive web design, and user experience, and is comfortable managing site updates, technical fixes, and layout improvements. Just as important, you're flexible in your thinking. We value data, testing, and iteration, so this is not a role for someone rigid or married to a single SEO philosophy. You must be willing to implement changes and direction from leadership and collaborate closely with the team.
