We work across industries, with a strong focus on healthcare and care-driven brands. We’re looking for a Content Writer with a passion for crafting purposeful, audience-relevant content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging content for blogs, articles, and landing pages
• Draft WhatsApp messages, emailers, and newsletters in line with brand tone and campaign goals
• Create compelling video/audio scripts for reels, explainers, and ad films
• Develop brand-specific content across social media, product pages, and other digital platforms
• Adapt tone and format for various audiences, especially in the healthcare/care sector.
• Collaboration & Ideation:
• Work closely with the design, social media, and SEO teams to align content with visuals and strategies
• Collaborate with clients (especially from the healthcare sector) to understand their voice and requirements
• Brainstorm content themes, monthly calendars, and campaign ideas

Content Research & Optimization:

• Conduct thorough research to write accurate and informative pieces
• Follow best practices for SEO, readability, structure, and formatting
• Edit and proofread content to ensure quality and consistency

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of content writing experience (preferably in a healthcare or caregiving setting)
• Strong command over written and spoken English
• Ability to write across formats: long-form, short-form, promotional, and conversational
• Comfortable writing empathetic and accurate content related to health, wellness, or caregiving
• Familiarity with SEO content guidelines, keyword usage, and readability optimization
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of storytelling and audience engagement
• Basic understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and digital trends
