Key Objectives

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.


• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis.


• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to drive organic growth.


• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.


• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams.


• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for SEO.


• Implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority.


• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.


• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed.


• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.


• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and recommend improvements.


• Work closely with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.


• Proven experience in SEO, preferably within the IT or digital services sector.


• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.


• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.


• Experience with website analytics and performance metrics.


• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
