We are looking for an SEO Manager to own and scale Scry AI’s organic search strategy across products, solutions, and thought leadership content. This role is critical in driving high-intent traffic, improving search visibility, and supporting demand generation through sustainable, data-driven SEO initiatives.


Role Overview


As an SEO Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for defining and executing end-to-end SEO strategies across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content, and authority building. You will work closely with content, product marketing, web, and design teams to ensure search performance aligns with business goals and product positioning.


This role is ideal for someone who combines deep SEO expertise with strong analytical thinking and enjoys building scalable organic growth engines in a B2B SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy and Planning

  • Define and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with brand, product, and growth objectives
  • Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis across products, industries, and buyer personas
  • Identify growth opportunities across informational, commercial, and high-intent keywords


On-Page, Technical, and Content SEO

  • Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for improved rankings and crawlability
  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to create SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and solution pages
  • Collaborate with web and engineering teams on technical SEO initiatives, including site speed, indexing, schema, and Core Web Vitals


Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and attribution to measure business impact
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize strategies based on data and algorithm changes


Cross-Functional Collaboration and Insights

  • Work with demand gen, paid media, and content teams to align organic and paid search strategies
  • Provide SEO insights to support product launches, campaigns, and gated content initiatives
  • Share regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-driven growth
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
  • Ability to translate SEO data into actionable business and content recommendations
  • Strong collaboration skills with content, design, web, and marketing teams
