Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic SEO Manager who can lead SEO strategies powered by AI-driven insights, automation tools, and predictive analytics . You’ll lead a team to develop intelligent, data-backed organic growth strategies that push boundaries and set new performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SEO strategy and execution for multiple high-impact clients.
• Integrate AI tools for keyword clustering, content optimization, and competitor intelligence.
• Use predictive analytics to forecast traffic, conversion trends, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth technical audits and guide on AI-assisted solutions for performance issues.
• Collaborate with Content and Design teams to create AI-enhanced content roadmaps .
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-based dashboards.
• Manage and mentor the SEO team, ensuring adoption of new technologies and automation practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates , AI SEO trends , and MarTech innovations .

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven SEO experience, including leadership of multi-member teams.
• Strong command of technical SEO , on-page/off-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Hands-on experience with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Copy.ai, BrightEdge).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 , Search Console , Ahrefs , SEMrush , and Screaming Frog .
• Ability to translate data and AI insights into actionable SEO strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Agency experience preferred.
