The Role
Innovapptive is hiring an SEO Manager to own inbound demand generation, with full accountability for converting organic search into high-intent demand, pipeline impact, and AI-driven search visibility.
What You’ll Do
+ Own SEO-driven inbound demand, including organic MQLs, SQLs and influenced pipeline
+ Own keyword strategy and prioritization across ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu stages with a strong focus on high-intent demand.
+ Create monthly and quarterly SEO-driven content plans in partnership with the Content team
+ Analyze competitor websites to identify content gaps and high-impact topic opportunities
+ Create clear, execution-ready content briefs aligned to search intent and AI discovery
+ Drive on-page optimization to improve keyword rankings and organic performance
+ Drive AI search optimization experiments to improvevisibility in AI Overviews, LLM discovery, and citation-based results
+ Own technical SEO end-to-end (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals
+ Improve site performance and SEO foundations by working closely with developers and the Website team
+ Setup, maintain dashboards and reports to ensure comprehensive performance visibility. This includes monitoring traffic, rank improvement, AI visibility, and technical performance.
What We’re Looking For
+ A minimum of 5–12 years of experience as an SEO Specialist, specifically within B2B SaaS companies or at reputed Digital Marketing Agencies with a focus on B2B and SaaS engagements.
+ Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue through organic search channels is essential.
+ Strong hands-on expertise in Technical SEO, working with Website Teams
+ A deep comprehension of search intent, buyer journeys, and content economics is expected.
+ Experience in developing content clusters, authority assets and comprehensive SEO roadmaps is necessary.
+ The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush / Ahrefs / Moz etc
+ High-ownership leader with a growth hacker's mindset
