SEO Team Lead

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / In-office preferred)
Experience: 4–7 years in SEO (Agency experience mandatory)

We’re looking for an SEO Team Lead who can own outcomes, people, and process, not just rankings. This role is for someone who understands that:
- SEO is a business growth channel, not just traffic
- Leadership is about clarity, accountability, and collaboration
- Attitude and ownership matter as much as technical skill
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
- Own SEO strategy across D2C, B2B, and Service brands
- Build clear roadmaps (90-day, 6-month, 12-month)
- Drive outcomes around: Organic traffic growth, Lead quality & conversions & Revenue attribution
- Ensure strong fundamentals: Technical SEO, On-page optimisation, Content strategy, Link building & authority building
Team Leadership & Ownership:
