**Overall responsibilities and duties**:
As manager of the Program in serial life, he/she is responsible for the achievement of the Program improvement actions in terms of Quality and Profitability from handover to production site to end of life. Therefore he/she needs to get an overview of the program Quality and Profitability results. Program Manager in Serial Life can manage several programs.
**The main missions of the role are**:
- Ensure the necessary resources are provided in due time from the different functions (Sales, Controlling, Costing, Plant Purchasing, Quality, Product & Process Engineering )
- Manage serial life program performance through indicators (Customer PPM, Scrap, Operating Margin )
