Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Food & Beverage, this position is responsible for serving the guests at a counter, in a restaurant, buffet operation, coffee shop, on a casino floor, in a bar, at a ba nquet, in a theatre, in in-room dining or other areas. Ensures adherence to all polices and procedures while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedu res, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
