Windows & VMware Administrator

to manage and optimize enterprise on-prem infrastructure.

Location : #Bengaluru
CTC : Till 18 LPA
Experience: Min 6 years in similar profile

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• VMware administration – vCenter & ESXi build/upgrade/patching
• VM lifecycle management (build, clone, snapshot, resize, V2V/P2V, troubleshooting)
• vSphere, vROps, vRA, vRealize Log Insight
• Windows Server administration – AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, patching
• Windows DR, domain migration, hardening & VAPT
• Monitoring & maintenance of Windows/VMware infrastructure
• Capacity planning, cost optimization & automation reports
• VM replication (RP4VM or similar)
• CMDB & server inventory management
• Basic networking (VLAN, ACL) & storage (SAN, zoning, LUNs)
• PowerShell/Ansible scripting (good to have)
• Familiarity with RHEL & ITIL proc...
