Server Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Server Analyst who will ensure the availability and optimal performance of servers and related services. The role involves performing daily health checks, monitoring server capacity, managing email accounts, and providing support for server issues through troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct server health checks to ensure accessibility of network shares and files.
• Inspect hardware components and replace defective parts promptly to prevent downtime.
• Perform server housekeeping to prevent data overload and unauthorized file proliferation.
• Monitor server utilization (CPU, memory, disk space) and report capacity issues.
• Install, configure, test, and deploy servers for various applications.
