Job Description

Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar in Austin is hiring for a Service Assistant. The position of Service Assistant is the backbone of the Front of House. The goal is to help maintain a high level of service by keeping a keen eye on the dining room, expo line, and bar, SAs are responsible for being the primary food runners, as well as cleaning and resetting tables. This is a full time position with required weekend availability, and SA's make about $600-$800 in tips per week! After training and mastery of the Service Assistant position, individuals may move into a Bartender position with a higher income potential! 


Loro is centered around smoked and grilled meats and inventive sides created by Chef Tyson Cole, Aaron Franklin, and the Hai Hospitality team.

 What you'll do in this role:

  • Acquaint yourself with our menu and current specials
  • Be present and active on the floor, assisting with running side work
