工作內容
1. Server/ AI GPU card/ AI Accelerator Card /Storage for 48V to 12V Brick/ HSC/ eFuse and DC/DC Buck design. (OrCAD)2. PCB layout review. (Allegro)3. Common footprint solution survey/ co-layout & apply new PN/ schematic part/ layout symbol.4. VR test plan for CPU/ DDR/ POL/ HSC/ eFuse/ Power Brick/ LDO.5. Digital controller (multi-phase, HSC/eFuse) for VR FW code fine tune.6. Power verification/test report provide. (Intel VRTS/ CPU & DDR VR test spreadsheet/ Power Brick/ HSC & eFuse /DC-DC test)7. Issue debug/ trouble shooting/ ic rework.8. Maintain VR FW code version/ Power solution BOM.9. VR design process optimization/ VR performance fine tune/ Study new platform/ RFQ proposal/ training.
