At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, our servers play a key role in bringing the Maymanta experience to life. We are seeking a Full-Time Server with a strong background in fine dining or premium casual environments, a natural passion for service, and the ability to connect with an international clientele.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine, and personalized service in line with Hyatt brand standards
• Welcome guests and guide them through the Maymanta culinary experience
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with precision and attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, wine list, cocktails, and daily specials
• Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest payments accurately and complete end-of-shift duties as required
• Support opening, closing, and side work procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant service (fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred)
• Fluent English (essential for international guest interaction)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming and uniform standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-quality service environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
