**Responsibilities**
- Technical on Compute solutions like MS AD, Servers
- Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability
- Work on Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams
- Explore opportunities to optimize the resources
- Relevant years of experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on several compute technologies
- Should have good understanding with extensive hands-on experience on Active Directory Services, Servers Setup, Virtualization and Backups.
- Provide Lead technical support on all, including complex compute issues - liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting/directing other support staff where appropriate. This will include the support of new and existing products that come under the responsibility of the team
- Can maintain a lab environment for training, testing of new services and support of customers.
