Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service transactions
  • Generate reports including, but not limited to: daily service activities, pending jobs, revenue, service expenses, and other related data
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with Service Advisors and other team members
  • Perform general administrative duties and support back-office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company procedures

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, on-the-job training, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
