🚨 We’re Hiring – Service Administrator (Bayswater, WA) 🚨

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to take the next step in your career? We are on the lookout for a motivated Service Administrator to join us in Bayswater.

🕐 Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (flexible)👷 Industry: Electrical / Trade Services

Salary: $75-$80k 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Scheduling technicians & coordinating jobs
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders & project claims
  • Managing client accounts & vendor compliance portals
  • Supporting training/competency records & on-call rosters
  • Keeping the office running smoothly every day!

What we’re looking for:

  • Admin experience in the trade services industry (electrical preferred)
  • Bookkeeping / accounting knowledge
  • Exposure to Simpro or Coins software (advantageous)
  • Strong organisation, multitasking & communication skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
