Job Description
Cummins is looking for a Service administrator to complete its service team in Ottawa, Ont.
The successful candidate for this role will serve as first point of contact with our customers to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location.
**In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Serve as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
+ Assess customers needs and gathers pertinent information.
+ Create basic work orders in appropriate systems.
+ Provide some status updates to customers, as requested
