Service Administrator – Main Car Dealership


My client is a Franchised Car Dealer based in Poole, looking to recruit a Service Administratorto join their busy department. No Automotive experience necessary. You must have previous experience within an Administration role.


The role is to work in the Aftersales department and to support the front-line team.


Service Administrator duties will include:

  • Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments

  • Raising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer’s appointments

  • Making outbound calls for: VHC follow-up to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered parts

  • Updating vehicle and customer records

  • Supporting front-line staff with administration duties
