Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service team in the HVAC industry.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers.
- Receive and process service requests and inquiries from customers.
- Prepare and maintain service documentation, including work orders and service reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of service activities and customer interactions.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering of service parts and supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Support the service team in administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in administrative support role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
