Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the service team in the HVAC industry.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers.
  • Receive and process service requests and inquiries from customers.
  • Prepare and maintain service documentation, including work orders and service reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of service activities and customer interactions.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering of service parts and supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
  • Support the service team in administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
