Job Scope:

• Review vehicle repair history and highlight repeated or unusual issues
• Conduct vehicle reception checks with customers for repairs, documenting dents, scratches, and damage
• Prepare detailed work orders based on diagnosis, including job specifications and flat rate details
• Advise customers on insurance claim options and negotiate labour charges with surveyors and insurers
• Prepare accurate accident repair estimates and supplementary quotations where required
• Coordinate closely with workshop foremen and planners to track repair progress and meet promised timelines
