JOB DETAILS
1) Call down to all customers to understand satisfaction
2) Receive, log and track status of complaints
3) Trouble-shoot problems by phone, whatsapp and sometimes in person
4) Coordinate dispatch of support technicians and understand issue resolution requirements – parts and skills
5) Follow-up to close complaint and delight customer
6) Track sale of parts required for support
7) Conduct regional service camps for repair and customer feedback
8) Provide clear summary “product feedback” and “process feedback” recommendations based on complaints for OEM
9) Proficiency in excel, word
10) Knowledge of power-point
11) Very organized with attention to detail
12) Proven ability to be Persistent, determined in solving problems
