Position: Service Advisor 

Job Summary: 

The Service Advisor is responsible for interfacing with customers, assessing their vehicle service needs, and coordinating the repair process. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles to identify service and repair requirements
  • Explain findings and recommended services to customers, providing cost estimates
  • Coordinate the repair process, communicating with technicians and parts personnel
