Service Advisor

A permanent full-time role within a well-established automotive dealership in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. For an automotive service advisor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Your normal day will have you: 

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles
• Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction

• Proven experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
