The Service Advisor is a frontline customer engagement and consultative sales role responsible for educating customers on natural‑based plant health, lawn, tree, and pest care solutions. This position blends customer service, problem‑solving, and sales, with strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience across every interaction.
Team members support inbound customer inquiries, manage web leads, and sell. No prior industry experience is required—comprehensive, hands‑on training is provided until the advisor is confident and independently productive.
