Job Description
We are currently advertising on behalf of a well-established dealership who are recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bishop’s Stortford area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum
Secure on-site staff parking
22 days holiday plus all bank holidays
Monday to Friday working pattern with no late evenings (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Saturday work from home covering calls (1 in 6 Saturdays, 8.30am - 12.30pm)Requirements:
A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
