Summary of Position:
Our Automotive Service Advisors play a pivotal role as the initial point of contact between the Service Department and the vehicle owner. They must adeptly navigate technical knowledge through effective communication while cultivating clients through exceptional service.Duties & Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business long term.
Maintain a high level of grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
Assist in facilitating a welcoming atmosphere when greeting clients.
Providing efficient and accurate coordination before and during customer appointments.
Accurately record information and data into Dealer Management System.
Review customers history and consult on previously recommended repairs.
Perform quotations based on previous recommendations and future maintenance.
