Nisbets has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Service Department as a Service Advisor as the result of an internal promotion. In this position, you will be part of a team providing high quality after-sales service for the thousands of machines that we sell. We carry out installations, repair machines both on-site and back in our workshop, manage all customer machine returns and liaise closely with 3rd party Service Providers working on our behalf. As our Service Advisor you are the first point of contact for the customer it is extremely important that we create a great first impression, so we need people who are motivated by giving excellent customer service and helping people. You'll be joining a great team of Service Advisors who really support each other and genuinely enjoy what they do, so you can expect to work hard and have fun.
