Service Advisor, Jaguar Land Rover Canterbury

Barretts Jaguar Land Rover have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our expanding Aftersales Department in Canterbury Kent.

You will be representing two of the motor industries most iconic brands at an exciting time as they lead the way in luxury and innovation.

The successful applicant will be able to extend an exceptional level of customer service and deliver a ‘Customer First’ experience. You must have excellent communication skills, be well organised and be able to remain calm under pressure. Experience in the role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Role of a Service Advisor:

· Providing care and updates to customers whilst their vehicles are in for service & repairs.

· Providing estimates, bookings and scheduling service/repair work.

· Ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories,...
