The Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility.
Drive Sales & Profitability: Gross Profit, Parts Margin, Tire Sales, Finance, etc. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver 90% or higher Scores i.e NPS, Google Support shop productivity by managing workflow and scheduling effectively. Responsibilities:Act as Main Sales person and contact for customers.
Write and sell Maintenance, Repairs & Tires work confidently.
Clearly explain recommendations and costs.
