Location: Exeter
Salary: Competitive / DOE (OTE available)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday with alternate Saturdays
Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales department. You will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage service and repair bookings
- Provide clear explanations of work required, costs, and timescales
- Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure jobs run efficiently
- Upsell service plans, additional repairs, and products where appropriate
- Keep customers informed of progress and any additional work required
- Ensure job cards, invoices, and documentation are accurate and complete
