Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact of the customers with regards to their vehicle concerns.
- Ascertain automotive problems and services thru accepting customer complaints.
- Prepares service order and coordinates with service manager for repair.
- Verifies warrant and service contract coverage thru examining records and papers.
- Monitor and updates rendered by technicians until repair is done.
- Coordinates with parts and warranty department.
- To strictly follow and implement the rules and regulations as well as the policies and procedures set by the company.
- To maintain high value of professionalism and ethical work behavior within the department.
- Other tasked given by the superior
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Automotive courses or any related courses.
- Must have one (1) year of experience in the same field.
