Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact of the customers with regards to their vehicle concerns.
  • Ascertain automotive problems and services thru accepting customer complaints.
  • Prepares service order and coordinates with service manager for repair.
  • Verifies warrant and service contract coverage thru examining records and papers.
  • Monitor and updates rendered by technicians until repair is done.
  • Coordinates with parts and warranty department.
  • To strictly follow and implement the rules and regulations as well as the policies and procedures set by the company.
  • To maintain high value of professionalism and ethical work behavior within the department.
  • Other tasked given by the superior

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Automotive courses or any related courses.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience in the same field.
