Service Analyst – ITSM – 6 months Contract – Hybrid Working – Inside IR35

This role will be an average of 2-3 days per week on-site, in London.

Service Analyst required to work alongside the Infrastructure Team Leaders and support day-to-day activities for this Global Legal Company.

Service Analyst experience to include:

  • Experience in coordination across Change, Incident and Problem management – ideally working within a Legal, Insurance or Financial Service environment
  • Experience with ITSM and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Agile and Scrum
  • CAB experience / Change Advisory Board
  • ICP facilitation / Integrated Change Process - Run the calls and maintain reviews.
  • Work with Infrastructure, Compute and Network teams, monitoring tickets and SLA’s
  • Process review and improvements
  • Daily ticket queue checks, including triage, and updates.
