Job Summary:

The Service Analyst – Implementation is responsible for supporting the successful deployment and configuration of IT Service Management (ITSM) or business service solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, assisting in solution design, executing configuration, testing, and ensuring that client or internal service implementations meet business and technical requirements. The Service Analyst works closely with project managers, developers, and key stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in requirement gathering and analysis sessions with clients or internal stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

Support configuration, setup, and deployment of service management tools or systems (e.g., ITSM, CRM, workflow automation platforms).
