A leading medical image company looking for a Service Application engineer
• Resolving issues and identifying potential solutions while providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers and internal stakeholders• Prioritizing and managing multiple issues from multiple customers on multiple products and platform, all at the same• Provide detailed feedback following escalation coverage to an escalation owner• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders and ensure that they are well informed of the progress and plan• Meet with customers to educate and train d proper clinical usage of company products
דרישות:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer/QA Engineer• Clinical and educational experience in medical industry is a big advantage• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Detail oriented and a proven ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Must have the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and summarizing manner, both in written and verbal form.• Must take initiative to self-educate on product in conjunction with provided training• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint• Being proactive• Being a team player;
