Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Online Service: Provide online consultation for installers encountering problems and respond to messages in the WhatsApp group.

2. Sales Training: After learning product knowledge, you can later provide product-related training to some distributors or installers.

3. Work Coordination: Complete tasks assigned by leadership carefully and cooperate with other departments to provide technical support.

4. Information Registration: Record daily service work orders in the company's system and follow up on service progress.


Requirements:

  • Fluent with Portuguese
  • Willing to learn if the candidate is a graduate
