Service BDC Coordinator



The Service BDC Coordinator is a specialized, highly trained & skilled member of the Service Client Care Center.



Responsibilities:
  • Confirm service reservations, perform follow-up and survey calls.

  • Perform calls, send text messages and emails on overdue service visits, recalls, campaigns, Special Order Parts; and any additional tasks requested by management.

  • Master and follow all training materials including service call guides and Strategic Responses (word tracks) in order to accurately answer all guest's questions.

  • Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer.
